What is the investment required to become a partner?
Becoming a VVC MoneySetu partner requires minimal investment. Your primary assets are your time, your network and your dedication to serving clients. There are no heavy upfront costs — the specific requirements are discussed during your onboarding call based on the partnership model you choose.
Do I need a finance background or specific degree?
No prior finance background is required. We provide complete product training to all new partners. What matters is your willingness to learn, your communication skills and your ability to connect with people in your community. Many of our most successful partners come from non-finance backgrounds.
How is commission calculated and when is it paid?
Commission is calculated per product category and per successful case — meaning when a loan is disbursed, a policy is issued or a service is completed. The exact structure is shared during onboarding. Payouts are processed on a fixed schedule and tracked transparently through your partner dashboard.
Can I do this part-time alongside my existing job or business?
Absolutely. Most of our partners — especially DSA and Digital Advisor types — work part-time while maintaining their primary income source. There are no fixed hours or mandatory minimum referrals. You earn based on what you do, at a pace that suits your schedule.
What support do I get after becoming a partner?
Once onboarded, you receive product training, access to the partner dashboard for lead tracking, marketing materials (banners, brochures, WhatsApp templates), and a dedicated back-office team that handles all processing. You also get ongoing guidance whenever needed — we are invested in your success.
Is there a specific area or territory I will be assigned?
For Franchise Associates, we offer dedicated territory coverage — no competing franchise in the same area. For DSA, Channel Partner and Digital Advisor models, there is no geographic restriction — you can serve clients from anywhere. Digital Advisors can even serve clients pan-India through online channels.
How long does the onboarding process take?
After your initial enquiry call, the onboarding process typically takes 3 to 5 working days — covering profile discussion, agreement signing, portal access setup and initial training. You can start referring clients within the first week of joining.
